Step 3: Secure Storage Your items are stored in our 24/7 monitored and secure warehouses. We unload and store your belongings with care. Only authorized professionals have access to your storage unit, ensuring maximum security.
Step 4: Delivery When you need your items, simply raise a request through our dashboard. Our team will verify your ID for security purposes and deliver your items to your desired location whenever you need them.

For safety reasons, we do not accept storage of flammable liquids, explosives, toxic materials, or any hazardous goods. If you’re unsure about any specific items, please feel free to contact our team—we’re always happy to help!

TransXpresss follows a hybrid model for transportation. We operate with our own fleet of 8–10 vehicles to ensure reliability and control over the process. During peak demand, we also collaborate with premium, professional vendor partners to maintain service quality and ensure timely deliveries.

Reserve your booking slot and assign the dedicated team for your move. Arrange vehicles & manpower in advance to avoid last-minute delays. Plan resources properly (packing material, labour, vehicle type) based on your requirements. Ensure commitment from both sides, so that your relocation is smooth and hassle-free.

We understand that plans may change! At TransXpresss, we offer free cancellation and a full refund of your token advance, provided you inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled shifting date and time.

To avoid any penalties, please ensure your monthly payments are made by the specified due date. If payments are delayed beyond the due date, a penalty of up to 10% of the outstanding amount may be applied. Don’t worry—we’ll send multiple reminders to your registered email and mobile number before the due date to help you stay on track.

If there is a significant change in the inventory—such as additional items not mentioned in the original list—your estimate will be revised accordingly. We’ll keep you informed of any changes in charges before proceeding.
