1. Booking and Confirmation:
All services must be booked in advance via our website, app, or customer care.
Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS upon successful booking.
2. Liability:
We handle your belongings with utmost care. However, we are not liable for damage due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, road accidents, or poor packing by the customer.
Valuable or fragile items should be disclosed beforehand.
3. Customer Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate information is provided regarding the volume and nature of goods.
Be present or arrange someone to be present at both pickup and delivery points.
4. Pricing and Payments:
Quotes are based on the information provided. Changes in scope may affect pricing.
Full or partial payment may be required prior to the move.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Below is our policy on cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation by Customer:
48+ hours before scheduled move: Full refund, minus any transaction fees.
Less than 48 hours: No refund.
Same-day cancellation: No refund.
Cancellation by Company: In the rare case we need to cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
We aim to provide reliable and timely relocation services.
Delivery Timeline:
Local moves: Same day or next-day delivery.
Intercity moves: Delivery timelines will be communicated based on distance and logistics.
Delays: Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen issues. We will keep you informed at every step.
Tracking: For long-distance moves, tracking and status updates will be provided through SMS/email.
Damage or Missing Items: Report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll initiate an investigation and compensation as per our terms.
